What is Access Control?

Well to put it simply, it is either granting or denying access to a particular room or area.

By adding locking systems with access control devices such as Proximity readers or Card Readers, one can in essence control who can and cannot enter through such secured areas.

Some examples of where access control is used are Hospitals, Schools; Offices, even your home, the applications are endless.
